Who we are

S&S Wolf Sheds is a family-owned dealer of portable buildings, steel structures, shipping containers, and greenhouses, serving Northern Arizona from our lots in Flagstaff, Williams, and Tuba City.

What we collect, and why

• What you tell us on our forms — your name, phone number, email, and what kind of building you're looking for. We use it for exactly one thing: to contact you about the building you asked about.
• How our site and QR plaques get used — every building on our lots carries a QR plaque. When a building's page is viewed, we count the visit and note the general type of device (phone or computer). This count carries no name and no personal details — it just tells us which buildings people are interested in, so we stock and price the right ones.
• Photos you send us — if you send pictures (for example, of your site or an existing building), we keep them only to serve your request.

The tools we use

Like most businesses, we run on a few trusted systems, and your information may pass through them so we can serve you:

• Our customer-relationship system, which holds your inquiry so the right person at the right lot can call you back.
• Our record-keeping spreadsheets, which track our inventory and orders.
• Third-party analytics tools that measure site and QR-plaque activity, so we know which buildings people care about.

When you order a building, we share the order details with the manufacturer that builds it (for example, Graceland Portable Buildings or American Steel) — that's how your building gets made.

What we never do

• We never sell your information to anyone.
• We never share it with anyone who isn't directly involved in getting you your building.
• We never send you marketing you didn't ask for.

Children

Our site sells buildings and is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted right here with a new effective date.
